  • All details can be edited/confirmed later. Just select a date that is close, and we’ll initally charge for that. If you’ve chosen to do split payments, we’ll add the extra charge once confirmed. If paid up front, we’ll do a single charge for the extra days. If you’ve overpaid, no stress - just get in touch with our team & we’ll look at doing a refund. Simple as that. We message all our customers 3 weeks, 1 week, and the day before their set delivery date - just to make sure. You’re able to reschedule or confirm your delivery date via your account portal, email, or SMS.

  • No. To assure our customers that their personal belongings are kept safe and secure over the summer, the exact location of our storage facilities is kept confidential. Because of this, you’re unable to arrange transport/have access to our storage units.

  • If you’re unsure of the exact amount of space you’ll need, first message our friendly team using the live chat in the bottom right corner & we’ll help you out. If you purchase too little space, we’ll send you the total balance due for the space you used (this will be calculated once we’ve moved your items into our storage facility). Our team reserve the right to leave items behind that exceed your space limitations.

  • No. To assure our customers their personal belongings are kept safe and secure over the summer, the exact location of our storage facilities is kept confidential. Because of this, you’re unable to arrange transport to and from our storage units.

  • This depends on which plan you’ve selected. Generally, Standard plans & Minimalists take between 20-40min if the contents are boxed & set aside ready to go. The Hoarder can take up to 1-1:30hr depending on the location & contents. We may require more than one delivery trip to our storage facility, so please keep this in mind. We’ll be as quick & efficient as possible. The Mates Rate (flat plan) can take up to half a day. We’ll require multiple trips back and forth, and this will likely take a number of hours. We work closely with all flat plans to determine the most efficient way of moving their contents. For an accurate delivery quote please be in touch with our friendly team. Note that this can fluctuate depending on location, house layout, driveway accessibility, etc.

  • No worries! There is a 12-week minimum storage charge (dates can be within this). We’ll automatically calculate the number of days you’re wanting storage for. From this, we’ll simply charge you for the number of days, regardless of how many months it is. Because plans change, we’re happy to pull this date back or forward - no questions asked.   • All storage plans come with flexible dates & addresses. If you enter your current address (or likely drop-off address) at checkout, you’re able to edit this at a later date. Please get in touch with our team if you have any questions!

  • Yes! We’re happy to store couches, beds, chairs, desks, pillows & bedding, etc. but anything small or delicate should be boxed up. We hold no responsibility for any aesthetic damages caused during transport.

  • Yes. Our goal is to make your summer break easier. To do this we’ve made sure our customers can arrange the perfect pick-up/delivery date – even if it changes. To change your previously selected dates, jump over to your account portal - failing that, email or message our friendly team. We’ll get in contact later that day to confirm your dates.

  • For personal belongings, we recommend boxing or covering items before storage. We’re a young professional team whose prime concern is delivering the best possible service to our customers. If you’re worried or have any questions about how we operate, please be in touch with us directly!

  • If your select plan isn’t large enough, we’ll inform you as soon as we arrive at our storage facility (this is where your usage is calculated). From here, you’ll be charged depending on your excess usage. Alternatively, you can ask for the personal belongings which don’t fit, to be returned (this will come with a delivery fee), or you’re able to upgrade plans if you’d prefer.

  • In short - 510mm x 380mm x 280mm.

    Close enough is rough enough, however, if all the contents of your plan don’t fit we’ll charge extra for this.

  • To understand how much each plan can store, please refer to the product descriptions & size breakdown. Estimations should be based on the square meterage for each plan, rather than the images (selected personal items will vary in size between flats). If you’re still unsure if you’ll be able to fit everything in, message our friendly team and we’ll get back to you on the same day. We may require photos, lists, or dimensions to give you an accurate personalized quote.

  • No. Trailers aren’t required as we’ll handle everything from pick up to delivery.

  • Edit your plan details via our account portal, or flick us a message and we’ll arrange a new date for you!

  • Each storage plan comes with 1x Free Pick up & 1x Free Delivery. This means we can’t pick up from multiple addresses without an additional charge.
